Sweet success
A childhood love of baking with my Mum and Nan left me wanting the dream of owning my own tea room. A fast growing hobby only allowed me the confidence to take on a small shop back in 2012 and Lady B’s was born in February 2013.
In 2013 i entered the prestigious Cake International and won a gold award in the Wedding Cake category, and Cupcakes, one of my proudest moments.
My love for baking continues with my daughter by my side pushing us to try new bakes, and with the support of my husband, we really are a family business.
The business grew, and we soon won Baker of the Year 5 times at the Lincolnshire Life Awards!
2019
The Lady B’s Legendary Cheesecake Co, now known as Lady B’s Cakery, officially opened its doors back in April of 2019 after months of preparation and planning.
After gaining a loyal following at Lady B’s Cupcakery, it was the perfect time to open a second location just for Lady B’s award winning cheesecakes, cakes and other bakes, while the other business still remained open.
BUILD YOUR OWN
2019 was also the year that we introduced our BUILD YOUR OWN cheesecake bar, which is still extremely popular to this day!

2024
In May of 2024, we updated and reopened our little Lady B’s cheesecake shop, which is now known as Lady B’s Cakery.
Ever since re-opening, we’ve reintroduced our BUILD YOUR OWN cheesecake bar, which has been an absolute hit once again!
We've also expanded our menu and now offer things that we didn’t have back when we first opened, such as blondies, brownies, cheesecake cronuts and soon we will have bubble waffles available!
